Injuries are very common for a biker in his lifetime. Same is true for a boy biker as well as girl biker. The thing that makes them stand out of this is their courage and strength. The more is the passion for them they will soon get out of injury and come back to enjoy the thrill and adventure in the biking.
a) Osteoarthritis of the Knee: It is a very common type of disease in which wear out of the joint occur gradually. Normal symptoms of this are swellings, pain and decrease in the motion range of the knee. The treatment of this problem as soon as possible is very important to avoid any further problems.
b) Arch Pain: It is a common type of pain in the arch of the foot. It is generally treated with adaptive footwear.
c) Knee Pain: A very common type of injury for many bikers. It will need a proper diagnosis of the symptoms and the injury itself in the start of pain cycle otherwise the biker will be prone to serious problems in later ages.
d) Muscle Cramps: It is a muscle lock which occurs suddenly. In this type the muscle doesn’t get relax and pain a lot.
e) Common Fracture: Many times accidents result in fractures. Mainly this fracture is associated with shoulder part as most of the time the biker will hit the ground on his shoulder. These fractures generally put the biker out of action for many weeks and may be many months.
f) Abrasions: In this type the skin gets rubbed against the hard surface due to accident and a proper care and some medical attention will resolve it soon.
Always remember that may the injury seem small at first but it’s better to shoe it to a doctor as soon as possible because you never knows which can hit you hard. We can avoid these common bike injuries with extra care and dedication.
