New Cup Holder Pagerank!

Friday, October 30th, 2009

Well it’s finally happened, Google did an update close to Halloween for all of us interested in SEO. Our cup holder information page went from a page rank zero to a page rank one, and our drink holder blog went from page rank zero to page rank two. Big jump on that last one, and also shows that the hard work trying to get the good word out on our cup holder is working.

More on the SEO front, we slowly keep moving up the ranks for cup holder, but are now on the first page for wheelchair cup holder, travel cup holder, armrest cup holder, and univesal cup holder. Very exciting stuff, and for those Canucks to the north of us, when searching “wheelchair cup holder” on Google.ca we’re number one (depending on what day you look).

Cup Holder Birthday!

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009

A lot of exciting things coming up. We’re talking with two big internet merchants about listing the “Nearly” Universal OH cup holder on their sites. These are the baby steps needed to make our universal cup holder a household name.

It’s also the fourth birthday of our original cup holder design. We’re marking it, and my 30th birthday with a trip to Las Vegas (we got one of the Latest Las Vegas Hotel Packages to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino). I know, it’s a little late for our summer vacation.

Other than that, sales seem to slowly grow through our current internet locations, so thank you to the true cup holder fans out there for your help.

Remember for all your needs (wheelchair, scooter, stadium, airplane, or office chair) in the cup holder field, please click anyone of the links at the top right, or just click this drink holder link.

The Workhorse Of Modern Travel

Monday, October 26th, 2009

There are times when all you can afford in terms of travel is a bus. This small business automobile is extremely comfortable, convenient and also a cheap means of transport. Air travel is quite luxurious, but when it comes to affordable means of cross country travel, nothing even comes close to a bus. The word bus is a derivative of the original word ‘omnibus’ which means that it is a rather universal mode of transport. Buses have been in operation for quite some time now (over a century) and have rendered a yeoman’s service to the cause on land transport. While train travel and now air travel have become quite commonplace, bus travel still occupies pride of place in many parts of the world.

When it comes to buses, you can have a wide range of carriages, ranging from London style double-decker buses to luxurious Greyhounds in the US and everything in between (see Australia travel packages). One can have super luxury coaches with air conditioning and temperature control to more basic, run of the mill buses that ply between cities. In Europe, it is also possible to cross the continent using luxury bus coaches which are the delight of so many tourists doing the Greece to England circuit over the Channel Tunnel. One of the unique features that adds to the comfort and luxury of such buses is the presence of cup holders for the benefit of bus travelers.

Bus travel can be a very enjoyable experience. As you zip across the states or across countries, you may like to sip a cool or hot beverage depending on your taste and the mood. Now holding a cup or a glass in a fast moving bus is not the easiest of things, which implies that cup holders would be quite appropriate in buses. These cup holders can be fitted to the arm rests or perhaps to the back of the seat in front of the passenger.

Using cup holders in buses has become quite simple and convenient on account of the fact that one can use the simple Velcro strap-on technology which helps you fasten the cup holder with ease.

If you want to find out more about cup holders, just type in ‘cup holder’ on an internet search engine and evaluate the various options that are thrown up. If the bus you use does not sport cup holders, you can perhaps talk to the concerned bus authorities too.
